PRE-ORDER POLICY

At the time of purchase/checkout you are agreeing to our Pre-Order policy and all other terms of service on our site.

Pre-order release dates are estimated on each product page but are subject to change as their may be delays in production or delivery from our manufacturers that are out of our control. Should an estimated arrival date be pushed back by more than 10 calendar days, we will update on the product pages, so keep checking back.

If the price of a pre-order item increases, rest assured, your lower pre-order price will remain the same.

All orders containing a Pre-Order item will be held for shipping until the entire order can be fulfilled. Should you wish to have in-stock items more quickly, please place a separate order for them.

Cancellation of pre-orders will incur a 20% processing fee based on the total order value.

Where are your puzzles manufactured?

We are committed to sustainability. Our puzzles are printed using recycled inks, and our kraft mailers are made from recyclable materials.

My puzzle is missing a piece...what should I do?

As puzzlers, we get it...it happens! Before contacting us, please check your puzzle area thoroughly, as missing pieces do have a tendency to turn up. If you still find that you are missing a piece, please reach out to us at hello@paperflowerpuzzles.com and we'll work through the situation.

Our puzzles are designed in Canada and manufactured in China. Believe us when we say we explored every possible avenue to manufacture in Canada, but large-scale puzzle manufacturers simply do not exist. There are a very, very small number of Canadian brands who have purchased their own printers and cutting dies and we cheer loudly for them, but that was a years-long endeavor with a significant up-front cost. It is absolutely a dream to manufacture in Canada, and we will continue to be on the lookout should an opportunity to do this present itself.

Are your puzzles environmentally friendly?

As fast as possible! We are truly a self-made startup company. With no corporation or investors behind us, we are relying on the sales of our inaugural designs to build the capital to place the next production order.
